About Macau Science Center
A science museum on the NAPE waterfront (Centro de Ciência de Macau), designed by Pei Partnership Architects with Ieoh Ming Pei and completed in 2009. Its conical main building holds 13 permanent galleries of interactive exhibits, on subjects including astronomy, children's science, navigation, biodiversity, acoustics and smart technology. A planetarium with a dome screen and a convention centre complete the complex, and the building is a landmark of the waterfront.
