About Dongjiao Memory

A cultural and creative district in Chenghua, east Chengdu, converted from the Hongguang Electron Tube Factory, a state electronics plant founded in 1958. Its old workshops, chimneys and pipework now house live-music venues, galleries, studios, cafés and shops; it opened in 2011 as the Eastern Suburb Music Park and took its present name in 2012. It suits an afternoon or evening for anyone interested in industrial heritage or Chengdu's music scene.
