Xuancheng 宣城Xuānchéng
Xuan paper, Li Bai's poetry mountain and the Huizhou villages of Jixi

About Xuancheng
Xuancheng gave its name to Xuan paper, the absorbent paper of Chinese painting and calligraphy, which is still made in Jing County. Li Bai climbed Jingting Mountain seven times and wrote his farewell poem to Wang Lun at Taohuatan. In the south, Jixi belongs to old Huizhou: Longchuan Village has a clan hall with more than 600 carved wooden panels, Shangzhuang is the scholar Hu Shi's ancestral village, and the Huizhou–Hangzhou Ancient Trail crosses the hills into Zhejiang.
