About Tsui Sing Lau Pagoda

Tsui Sing Lau, the Pagoda of Gathering Stars, is the only ancient pagoda still standing in Hong Kong, built by the Tang clan of Ping Shan around the Hongwu reign (1368–1398), according to the clan's genealogy. The hexagonal grey-brick tower has three storeys and is about 13 metres high, although the Tangs say it once had seven storeys and lost the upper four, probably in typhoons. A statue of Fui Shing, the deity of success in examinations, stands on the upper floor.
