About Memorial to Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao
A memorial museum opened in 1998, the centenary of Zhou Enlai's birth, beside Tianjin Water Park, with exhibitions on the lives of Zhou Enlai and of Deng Yingchao, whose part in the women's movement has its own display. It also holds a full-size replica of Xihua Hall in Zhongnanhai, Beijing, with its fittings restored, and an Ilyushin Il-14 aircraft presented by the Soviet government for his use, now classed as a national second-grade cultural relic.
How to get to Memorial to Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao
On the west side of Tianjin Water Park in Nankai District, about 6.3 km south-west of Tianjin Railway Station and by the Zhou-Deng Memorial station on Metro Line 3; closed on Mondays.
