No direct train runs. The quickest rail route changes at Chengdu: C5808 from Songpan to Chengdu East (1 h 44 min), then S5071 on to Dujiangyan (19 min), 3 h 34 min in all with the wait, about ¥145 in standard class.
Songpan: C and D trains from Chengdu East take about 1.5 hours; Huanglong Jiuzhai station, one stop north, is nearer Huanglong, Jiuzhaigou and Jiuzhai Huanglong Airport. Dujiangyan: Suburban S trains (no G or D) from Chengdu Xipu, on Metro Line 2, take about 30 minutes; Lidui Park and Qingchengshan stations are nearest the sights.
