18 direct high-speed trains a day run from Beijing South to Qingdao North, between 07:00 and 23:24. The fastest, G71, takes 3 h 7 min, and a standard-class seat is ¥362. Coming back, 17 trains a day, the fastest 3 h 3 min (G72, 07:04 to 20:45).
Beijing: Several main stations: South (Shanghai), West (Xi'an, Wuhan), Chaoyang (north-east) and North or Qinghe (Datong, Hohhot); flights use Capital (PEK) or Daxing (PKX). Qingdao: Qingdao North also has many high-speed trains.
