About M+
M+ is a museum of twentieth- and twenty-first-century visual culture in the West Kowloon Cultural District, covering visual art, design and architecture, and moving image, with a focus on Hong Kong visual culture. It opened in November 2021 in a building by Herzog & de Meuron with TFP Farrells and Arup, which has 33 galleries and a roof garden with views of Victoria Harbour. The facade facing the harbour is a large LED screen that shows moving-image displays each night.
