About Hong Kong Palace Museum
The Hong Kong Palace Museum opened in 2022 in the West Kowloon Cultural District and shows works from the Palace Museum in Beijing and other institutions, with highlights including ceramics, jade carvings and goldwork, across nine galleries. It also stages special exhibitions on Chinese art and culture and on other civilisations. The building was designed by Rocco Design Architects Associates, with stacked atriums that bring in natural light.
