About Company of Jesus Square
A small square (Largo da Companhia de Jesus) at the foot of the staircase to the Ruins of St Paul's, named for the Jesuits who founded St Paul's College and paved with small stones. The buildings around it date from 1920–30, apart from two neoclassical ones of the 19th century. Mount Fortress and the Macau Museum stand on the hill to the east, and the Na Tcha Temple is close by to the north.
