About Guonei City, Ji'an
The lowland capital of the Goguryeo kingdom for about four centuries until 427, now in the middle of Ji'an town and part of the UNESCO-listed Goguryeo sites and of Ji'an's 5A scenic area. A stretch of the stone west wall can be walked, with remains of corner towers, and the Goguryeo Ruins Park inside the old walls shows two excavated palace foundations. The Ji'an Museum, which is devoted to Goguryeo finds, and the town's morning market are close by.
How to get to Guonei City, Ji'an
In the middle of Ji'an town, so it can be reached on foot; the Ji'an Museum is about 1 km to the north.
