About Changchun World Sculpture Park

A landscaped sculpture park on the southern side of Changchun, laid out around lakes and opened in 2003, with works by sculptors from many countries set among the grounds. Several museum buildings stand inside, including a sculpture museum and a collection of Makonde wood carvings from East Africa. It makes an easy half-day outdoors, and in recent winters the park has also put on an ice-and-snow event.
