About Binzhou

Binzhou spreads over both banks of the lower Yellow River, a flat region of farmland and delta. Its main sight is Wei's Manor at Weiji, a castle-like family compound built between 1890 and 1893. Sun Wu Ancient City is built around the local claim that Sun Tzu, author of The Art of War, was born here, and Zhanhua is the home of the winter jujube, which has its own eco-tourism area.
