About Suihua
Suihua is farm country: flat black-soil fields on the eastern Songnen Plain, west of the Lesser Khingan hills, grow rice, maize, soybeans and sugar beet. Anda, near Daqing, is known for its grassland and dairy cattle. The prefecture has few famous sights, and the one listed here is the Suiling Forestry Bureau Ecological and Cultural Area, a park at the forestry bureau's seat in the Lesser Khingan foothills, built around a steam-hauled forest railway.
