About Shenxianju
A 5A mountain scenic area in western Xianju county and the core of Xianju National Park, known for sheer cliffs, rock pillars and peaks of volcanic rhyolite that are often wrapped in cloud. Cable cars and escalators lift visitors to a cliff-hugging walkway, glass-floored viewing platforms and the Ruyi Bridge, a curving steel-and-glass footbridge opened in 2020 about 140 m above a valley. The area also hosts international high-altitude slackline events.
How to get to Shenxianju
About 25 km west of Xianju town by road via Baita; Xianju station on the Hangzhou–Wenzhou high-speed railway, opened in 2024, is the nearest railhead, about 13 km to the north-east.
