About Former Command Post of the Seventh Red Army

The Long clan ancestral hall in Zhaishi, then the seat of Suining County, which the Seventh Red Army under Deng Xiaoping, Li Mingrui and Zhang Yunyi used as its headquarters after taking the town on 21 December 1930. Only the gatehouse of the old hall survived later demolition; the rebuilt two-storey courtyard reopened in November 2023 with displays recreating the commanders' rooms and meetings.
