About Faxing Temple Pagoda
A brick multi-eaved pagoda about 30 m tall on Tasi Street in Ruzhou, standing on the site of the former Faxing Temple. Its square lower storey keeps the look of its Tang origins, though the upper part was altered in the Song, and the top two storeys and the bronze finial are an early Qing repair; the finial is inscribed with the year 1653.
