The family farmhouse, a brick-and-timber courtyard house of 1871 with about 20 rooms, was restored to its 1961 appearance and reopened in 1980 after Liu's posthumous rehabilitation, and the scenic area around it adds a memorial hall, a bronze statue square and exhibition halls.
