About Russell Street
Russell Street is a busy shopping street in Causeway Bay, and its eastern section has been a pedestrian street since 2000. In the 1970s it was a neighbourhood of tenement buildings beside an open-air market and the Causeway Bay tram depot, and the depot site is now Times Square. Today it is lined with shops, cafés and street food, and it has been used as a film location.
