About Qixianling Hot Spring National Forest Park
A national forest park beneath the seven jagged peaks of Qixianling, with a forest zone and a hot-spring zone. A rainforest walk passes trees that flower on their trunks, epiphyte 'sky gardens' and strangler figs on the way to a viewing platform over Baoting, and hot springs rise naturally in the park's streams. Around the Qixi festival, usually in August, Baoting holds the Qixian Hot Spring Water Festival, a water-splashing celebration with Li and Miao song and dance that has run since 2000.

About 7 km north-north-west of Baocheng, the Baoting county seat, under the Qixianling peaks.
